Come make a traditional drum and learn from Jeff Welch, a Traditional Knowledge Keeper for his T’Sou-ke Nation Family. Drum kits are very high quality 16 inch buffalo skin drums with absolutely beautiful rims.

Jeff has been working as an Indigenous Role Model in the Role Models Program for Sooke School District 62 for 13 years, sharing his Traditional Knowledge with students K to 12, as well as guest speaker at University of Victoria.

This workshop is for anyone over the age of 10. Any participants age 10 or younger need an adult to help them. It will be held in the Service Pavillion, with a cozy fire and heat lamps.
Cost is $236.25 ($225 + GST) and registration is limited to 20. Pre-registration and payment must be received by November 1, 2022.
