Exhibits

Unleash your inner explorer

Explore our exhibits both inside and outside! The Sooke Region Museum covers the history of the Sooke Region from time immemorial to present, and showcases stories from East Sooke to Port Renfrew. Upstairs is the current exhibit Detours: Bypass the Expected.

Historic Photos

Take a look back in time

Our historic photos cover many areas of the Sooke Region’s history. Photos are from as early as the mid 1800s all the way to current day.

Historic photos provide a snapshot to the past of what life was like in the Sooke Region. Featured in our historic collection are photos from maritime, farming, early settlers, daily life, and class photos are all available on our online site.
