Follow these steps to apply:
Step 1: Login or create account
You can login using your Google, Microsoft, or Facebook accounts, or create an Amilia account (Amilia is the online system we’re using.) You must have an account to access the online system. (advantage: all of your history with us will be available in your account, such as documents, payments). If you choose to login with a third party (Google, etc.), you will be asked to accept sharing this account information with Amilia.
Step 2: Register
Click on the Sooke Night Market activity.
Read the description, then click on > Sooke Night Market to expand the menu.
Click on the Sooke Night Market Vendor Application.
Register for session, ‘Sooke Night Market vendor application’.
Note: there is no charge for this application!
Select participants to register.
Your name should appear in your account. (If not, add a person.) Once selected, there will be a green check mark beside your name.
Step 3: Checkout
This will take you to the checkout where you will complete the Vendor Application Form.
Order total will be $0. (no charge for application)
Proceed to checkout.
Complete the contact information.
Proceed to payment. (still no charge, will take you to the Vendor Application form)
Complete the form, Proceed to payment to submit.
You will receive a Confirmation and invoice number.
